Job Details
Description:
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and recommend products and services to save them time and money based in our Tire Center.
•Assist in the management of tire center sales and service operation
•Achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives
•Sell product via phone sales to an established list of customer accounts
•Respond to customer inquiries regarding sales or complaints
•Greet and service in-store customers
•Develop and open new accounts
•Schedule automotive maintenance as well as assigning work to technicians
•Develop cost estimates
•Inform customers on the status of their repairs
•Provide customer recommendations and ensure overall customer satisfaction
