7:30am-4:00pm or 1:00pm – 9:30pm (weekends included)

The Seasonal Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing daily hands-on physical labor required to keep all parks, open spaces, and public amenities, including public dog runs and restrooms, hard surfaces, waste management and community spaces under the jurisdiction of Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) in a clean, safe, and operable condition. The incumbent should be conscious of, sensitive to, and proactive towards making BPCA a model of sustainable practices and kept to the standards in which all those who live, work, and visit Battery Park City (BPC) have come to expect. As with all positions, this position will continually exemplify and promote the core values, mission, and culture of BPCA.
