- Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a team of Brand Ambassadors.
- Managing budgets, staff schedules, and various reports.
- Managing the branch’s event calendar.
- Negotiating contracts to secure booth space.
- Working alongside the team to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.
- Be honest, ethical, and reliable.
- Be available to work weekends.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
