Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring efforts by coordinating various recruitment activities and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and utilize effective recruiting strategies to screen candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for available positions.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and attract top talent through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Coordinate virtual interviews and assessments.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment position, policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in utilizing technological tools or systems is required for this position.
- Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the QSR, hospitality or retail industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
