Bass Privia Management Company of California, LLC is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Walnut Creek, CA

Description

Seeking a fun-loving energetic person, that has a great customer service skills, that will compliment our office, our vision, and support and compliment our team to ensure satisfying patient experience. Also, keep office workflow organized and efficient Our Practice is a urology-gynecology, pelvic and sexual health specialty for women and men.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phone calls
  • Making patients feel welcome and comfortable
  • Inventory; keeping rooms stocked and sanitized

Requirements

Front office receptionist duties, management of schedules and appointments back office skills duties, stocking and keeping rooms organized medical assistant.

  • EMR and AUTHORIZATION KNOWLEDGE
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills, excellent computer skills
  • EPIC
  • 2 years experience preferred
  • Medical assistant certification (Preferred NOT Needed)

Compensation based on experience

Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$17.00/hour to $28.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
