As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in a memory care facility, your job description would include providing direct care to residents with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. This involves administering medication, assisting with daily activities such as bathing and dressing, monitoring vital signs, and communicating with residents' families and healthcare providers. Additionally, you'll need to document residents' progress and any changes in their condition, as well as provide emotional support and companionship.
