Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Printer Technician to join our team. As a Printer Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality prints. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for any printing issues that may arise. Duties: - Operate and maintain printing equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners - Monitor print jobs to ensure quality and accuracy - Troubleshoot and resolve any printing issues or malfunctions - Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment - Assist with loading and unloading paper and ink cartridges - Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with hand tools - Experience as a service technician or in IT support is preferred - Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and procedures - Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals - Knowledge of computer networking, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience operating and maintaining printing equipment is preferred - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
