TEAM OVERVIEW The Barings Economic and Thematic Research team provides investment recommendations by focusing on the intersection between economics and financial markets across a wide class of assets including equities, fixed income/credit, currencies, and commodities. We generate fundamental research aimed at identifying short-term market drivers and long-term investment-relevant themes. Our clients include internal investment teams and, external clients such as mutual funds, pension funds, and major non-financial corporations, among others. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced U.S. economist to join the BETR team.
