Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Field Support Specialist. As a Field Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

Duties:

- In home visits to assess and assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner

- Communicate effectively in English , both verbally and in writing

- Provide service knowledge and information to clients

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
