Position Overview: Director of Electrical Services
As the Director of Electrical Services, you will be responsible for launching and managing our new electrical division, overseeing all aspects of electrical service delivery, including installation, maintenance, and repair. You will play a key role in developing and executing the strategic vision for the division, building a high-performing team of electricians, and establishing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of residential electrical systems, coupled with strong leadership skills and a track record of driving operational excellence.

The Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the strategic plan for launching and growing the electrical division, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and revenue projections.
• Train and manage a team of electricians and support staff, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
• Establish operational processes and procedures for electrical service delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to support business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards, and implement processes to maintain high levels of quality and safety.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, new service offerings, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the electrical team, setting performance goals, providing feedback and coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and industry partners to ensure access to quality materials and resources.

Director of Electrical Services Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field; Master Electrician license preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential electrical services, including hands-on experience as an electrician and demonstrated leadership in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong technical expertise in residential electrical systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
• Proven track record of success in launching and managing new business initiatives, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and motivate a team of electricians.
• Solid understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards, and a commitment to ensuring compliance and safety.
• Proficiency in Service Titan and Microsoft Office suite.
