Description

Arc Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice DOCS to lead day-to-day operations of our growing hospice program. This is a thrilling chance to join Arc Hospice at a new level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth coordination of patient admissions and ancillary services.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and evaluation of hospice personnel and volunteers.
• Coordinate services among interdisciplinary team members and maintain ongoing communication with leadership.
• Ensure continuity, quality, and safety of services in compliance with regulations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, incorporating continuous quality improvement principles.
• Manage the site team effectively, promoting positive communication and providing comprehensive orientation and training.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services, while monitoring and supervising the quality of patients' care.
• Maintain compliance within budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with the business development team to position services effectively in the marketplace.

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Nurse (RN): A valid GA RN license is required.
• Hospice Experience: One year of previous experience in hospice care and leadership is required.
• Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of hospice regulations and commitment to maintaining compliance.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead by example, inspiring a team to uphold the highest standards of hospice care.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• A heart for people: Must have a commitment to serving patients and their loved ones and enthusiasm for delivering quality care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
