This role is integral to our success, as you will be responsible for providing first-class service to our clients and ensuring their wealth management needs are met with precision and care. Responsibilities:
1. Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries about investment products, account transactions, and financial planning services.
2. Collaborating with financial advisors to develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive wealth management strategies that meet clients' financial objectives.
3. Assisting in the preparation of client reports and presentations, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and the clarity of investment insights.
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the financial market trends and leveraging this information to provide clients with informed advice.
5. Utilizing financial software, such as Advent Axys, Addepar, Fidelity, and Schwab, to manage client accounts, process transactions, and monitor investment performance.
6. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on wealth management and investment services.
2. Proficiency in using financial software, such as Advent Axys, Addepar, Fidelity, Schwab, and other related platforms.
3. Extensive knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, investment portfolios, and custodian services.
4. Exceptional client service skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable investment insights.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
