Full-Time Nissan Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in our Business Development Center. You’ll work closely with our general manager and sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

BDC Role:

• Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
• Logging customer details and comments in our system.
• Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
• Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

$60,000 - $100,000 yearly DOE

• Handle all incoming Internet email leads and Internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Help gauge the effectiveness of advertising and marketing partners

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to hit quotas and goals
