POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Account Manager is to manage sales activities and customer relations of smaller accounts and prospects for the Powders & Cereal management and sales teams.
The management of these accounts should result in increased purchases of existing or new products thereby elevating the accounts to direct representation.
This entry level sales position is designed to facilitate the transition of smaller accounts from inside sales to field sales while allowing the incumbent to develop into a regional account manager.
Therefore, the Inside Sales Account Manager is a resilient and agile learner who's both accountable and approachable and passionate about sales.
Self-awareness, attention to detail and communication skills are critical to be successful in this role.
