Badger Brothers Moving is one of the fastest growing companies in Wisconsin! As we seek to expand throughout the state, we're looking for GREAT people to grow with us by joining our sales and customer service team. This is an office/call center position in Madison, WI.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Field inbound calls and emails requesting estimates and/or information for upcoming household moves.
• Provide an accurate estimate of cost after discussing the details of the move (We'll teach you how to do this).
• Provide outstanding customer service and client care.
• Close sales by ultimately convincing potential customers to schedule their household moves with Badger Brothers Moving.
• Follow-up with leads if they do not immediately schedule their move over the phone.

3.) Organized & detail oriented: You're a multi-tasker with great information & time management skills. You can quickly and easily sort information, tasks, and appointments without making mistakes.

4.) Intrinsically motivated: You learn quickly and excel in any position you take on, because you WANT to, not because you're expected to.

5.) Competitive: You're more than just motivated - you want to win! You love doing well, being the best, and raising the bar. Achieving goals doesn't scare you, it excites you!

6.) Sales interest: Whether you're experienced in sales or just starting out, we have a great training program that will allow you to immerse yourself in the industry and hone your skills. A desire to be great at sales is essential!

Compensation:

Expected pay $48,000-54,000

• $17-20/hour base hourly pay
• $500-$1,000 monthly commission
• $3,000-$7,000 annual cash reimbursement toward health insurance
