Backyard Leisure is Hiring a Customer Care Representative Near Terre Haute, IN

We sell, install and service premium products exclusively from the world's number one manufacturer. These brands include Hot Spring Spas, Caldera Spas, Freeflow Spas and Endless Pools Aquatic Fitness Systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Terre Haute, IN. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve daily communication with customers, understanding their needs, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This will be done by greeting and guiding customers in person, as well as assisting customers via all digital communication methods. This role is also responsible for assisting in showroom upkeep, order fulfillment and product restocking.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
  • Experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hot tubs and aquatic fitness systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
