Associate Attorney
Duties:
- Litigate cases in court on behalf of clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
- Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Attend court hearings and trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
