The Position

We are searching for a competent, hard-working Attorney who is capable of handling all aspects of pre-litigation cases, such as conducting intake meetings, maintaining positive client relations, performing research/investigations, and negotiating settlements. Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum of one (1) year of personal injury experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must provide stellar customer service
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Must be an active member of the State Bar of Nevada, in good standing
