Cameron Law is a boutique personal injury law firm located in the booming Southwest Las Vegas, NV. Our firm is experiencing rapid growth and is in search of a seasoned Litigation Attorney with 5 years in Personal Injury litigation and a comprehensive understanding of Nevada laws and statutes.

Prospective applicants should possess a background in litigation within both Nevada state court and U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, with demonstrated experience in the discovery process, witness and expert depositions, alternative dispute resolution, and outstanding proficiency in legal research and writing.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes cases, providing comprehensive legal services from case inception through trial. Associates are expected to manage a caseload effectively, conduct depositions, prepare and argue motions, and participate in trials.

As a Litigation Attorney, you will be instrumental in shaping outcomes and making a substantial impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide robust support for litigation proceedings

· Prepare intricate legal documents briefs and strategies to secure favorable outcomes in resolving disputes

· Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings

· Oversee all aspects of the discovery process, including document production and depositions

· Develop tailored case strategies and provide sound legal counsel to clients

· Skillfully negotiate settlements to protect our clients’ best interests and participate in the alternative dispute resolution process

· Maintain meticulous case files, ensuring accuracy and readiness for all stages of litigation

· Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judicial officers

· Stay current with developments in case law, statutes, and legal trends relevant to litigation practice

· Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity in all aspects of legal practice

Required Experience/Skills:

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

· Admitted to practice law in Nevada (other admissions are a plus)

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

· Strong knowledge of Nevada Personal Injury law

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Spanish speaking

The anticipated annual salary range for the Litigation Attorney position is $110,000.00 - $150.000 plus a percentage on cases settled. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience as an attorney, years of experience within the field of personal injury, practical hands-on experience, education, etc.
