We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our Las Vegas office!! The ideal candidate will have qualifications in civil liability defense, including transportation, and/or construction defense litigation.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Work closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and preparation
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Nevada state bar
• 2-4 years of experience in general civil liability, construction defect, and/or insurance defense
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
• Collegial, friendly working environment that fosters personalized mentorship opportunities
• Supports professional development and encourages participation in community activities
• Billable hour requirement of 1900 per year
• Potential salary range is $125,000-$165,000
Note: Base salary is determined by number of years practicing and substantive experience and may be different than the pay range indicated here.
