Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Irving, Texas. Job Role and Responsibility: Development & maintenance of multiple applications in Java, Oracle and React technologies. Provide expertise about standard practices on coding standards. Provide support for highly complex technical issues. Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for the developed applications. Analyze complex business requirements, functional specs and writes technical specifications. Review Requirements Documents and develop implementation strategies that preserve the availability, performance, integrity, stability, and scalability of systems. Troubleshoot applications and work directly with various application/ business/support team partners. Contribute to technical discussion with senior technology leads and architects. Contribute to continuous improvement technical ideas within the team. Develop less experienced team members to enhance on their technical and domain capabilities. Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met as part of projects delivery. Level-3 application support. Produce architecture design documents to effectively communicate the solution to the business and provide direction for the development teams and infrastructure partners. Interact with internal and external technical leaders to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs. Research new innovative tools and technologies and lead proof-of-concepts to drive adoption. Remote / telecommute work available up to 3 days per week. Position required to appear in-person at the location listed. Travel required: None Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.
