JOB SUMMARY

As the Marketing Technology Manager at B-Stock Solutions, you will be responsible for developing B-Stock's marketing technology roadmap, properly resourcing the roadmap, and working cross-functionally to implement the plan. B-Stock is committed to using technology to grow our marketing effectiveness and we are looking for a leader to drive our strategy and execution. B-Stock serves the world's biggest retailers and manufacturers selling to thousands of buyers and we are looking for a leader to ensure that our campaigns are efficient, data-driven, and result in exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive the growth of our marketing technology stack.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Automation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy to nurture leads, drive engagement, and optimize the customer journey across our marketing stack - from top of funnel to activation, to retargeting and retention.
  • Marketo Administration: Manage and administer the Marketo platform, including user management, data integration, and system configurations. Assess our current usage and effectiveness and help B-Stock determine our future marketing automation strategy.
  • MarTech Stack Management: Drive integrations via collaboration with Engineering and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of our marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Segment, etc.), A/B Testing & transition management of segmentation strategy, and eventual migration from Marketo to a new email marketing tool.
  • Lead Scoring and Segmentation: Implement lead scoring models and segmentation strategies within Twilio Segment Engage to deliver targeted content and personalized experiences to prospects and customers.
  • Data Management: Oversee data hygiene, quality, and integrity within the Marketo platform, working closely with the Marketing Operations Specialist, Sales & Marketing Program Manager, & Sales Operations Manager to ensure the accurate function of complex Marketo Streams and Data automations.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to relevant data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Marketo
  • 5 Years of Marketo Admin management
  • Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Campaigns, Database, & Logic, including integrating marketing automation with sales automation platforms.
  • Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. (using tools such as Zoom, Asana, Slack)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  • Experience in Twilio Segment Engage.
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification.
  • Additional Experience in Hubspot, Pardot, Braze or other CMS platforms.
  • Experience Migrating CMS Platforms
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing technology, CRM systems, and data management.
