Aztec Fire and Safety is Hiring a Fire Alarm Technician Near La Mesa, CA

Aztec Fire & Safety, Inc., is in need of a Fire Alarm Technician. The ideal candidate will possess experience in fire alarm systems, and NICET certification required. who are responsible for performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, installation and service on all types of fire systems. Clients served are located in San Diego County, Orange County, Riverside County, and Imperial County (with Company supplied vehicles). We offer competitive wages (starting at $31/hour) as well as health benefits, Paid Vacations, Paid Holidays, and a matching 401k. Previous experience and/or State Certifications/NICET required.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, installations, and service on various fire systems.
  • Work with mechanical and low voltage electrical systems.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in fire alarm systems.
  • NICET certification Required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Motivated to succeed in a locally owned company with 25 years of industry experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
