Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is an established and respected partner to school districts, families and communities having provided quality services to thousands of individuals with autism and other disabilities. IECP has part time and full time Supervisor positions available in our programs throughout Lake County, CA. We are currently looking for qualified staff in Clearlake, Lower Lake, Upper Lake, Lakeport, Kelseyville and other surrounding cities. There is the possibility of hybrid/remote work with this position. Responsibilities include supervising direct staff working in family's homes, writing assessments, behavioral support plans, and quarterly reports, collecting and analyzing data, monitoring client progress and evaluating program effectiveness under the supervision of Master's level Program Supervisor or BCBA. Initial and ongoing training is provided. Ideal staff have obtained a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 1 year of experience practicing ABA strategies and behavior intervention.

Job requirements include:

Bachelor's degree required, extensive knowledge and experience in Positive Behavioral Support, ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and instructional methodologies. Requirements of this position include

• Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (Criminal Background Check)
• TB screening
• Reliable transportation throughout the Lake County region

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31.00 - $35.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
