- Answering/making phone calls

- Updating files
- Process invoices
- Scheduling meetings
- Reports, memos
- Payments
- Purchases
- Among other activities
Benefits
- Vacation: 10 days after 1st year of employment
- 3 extra days per year up to a maximum of 15
Requirements
- Bilingual (Advanced English and Spanish)
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
