This role supports employees across the continent, and your day will start as early as 6:00 am. This is a hybrid role which requires you to work a minimum of one day a week in our Seattle Headquarters building in Pioneer Square, two blocks from King Street Station.
Primary Responsibilities - Respond to employee, manager and HR inquiries regarding pay, benefits and HR policies/processes.
- Complete HR transactions within established service level agreement standards.
- Document and track issues in case management system.
- Prepare and mail benefit related communications.
- Provide transactional and administrative support for HR systems and business processes.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications
Experience: At least one year of customer service experience with data entry. Have this experience with payroll, benefits or HR exposure? We can't wait to talk to you!

Education: Associate Degree or higher
