About This Job The Consumer Banking Training Team supports the Deposit Call Center through new employee onboarding, agent upskilling, and any products/initiatives that require learning solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Training Operations Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our customer support teams. You will utilize your expertise in instructional design methodologies, learning technologies and multimedia design to create innovative solutions that align with our business objectives and promote continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services/banking L&D, excellent communication skills, and a passion for facilitating learning and knowledge transfer. Partner with the Training Manager and Call Center Leadership to develop project plans, timelines, and other resource allocation tracking methods. Strategize with the Training Manager on new course offerings, collateral creation, and initiative implementation to drive effective business outcomes. Enhance Training Department curricula to boost learner engagement and retention. Develop formative and summative exercises, including knowledge check questions, terminal quizzes, and participant activities. Identify, recommend, and implement tools, templates, and methodologies for continuous process improvement. Monitors feedback loops from participants and stakeholders. Design, develop, and implement asynchronous eLearning content to support call center agent onboarding and upskilling. Utilizes the Articulate suite, recording/editing software, and other content development platforms. Develops OTJ (on-the-job) materials, including knowledge base articles, Job Aids, QRGs, and more.
