Job Summary and Opportunity

As our Product Manager you will coordinate with business unit leaders to develop strategies and drive projects that enhance the footprint/capabilities across various Axos technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Management, RPA, Five9, Outsystems, Chatbot). This position will be on-site and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business unit leaders to develop strategies and drive projects that enhance the footprint/capabilities across various Axos tech platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Management, RPA, Five9, Outsystems, Chatbot)
• Perform current state analysis on business processes to support future state process & tech enhancement proposals
• Oversee (through reporting and monitoring) the progress and delivery of business unit strategies, including related ROI, against promised progress; identify gaps and follow through to resolution
• Identify opportunities to share best practices across COE development verticals; develop mechanisms and reporting to demonstrate adoption of these opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years' of experience, preferably in a product / business analyst / consulting role
• Strong understanding of CRM solutions
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Excel (e.g. pivot tables, compound formulas)
• Experience designing reports in BI tools, preferably Tableau, SSRS, or PowerBI
• Proven ability to understand technically complex concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple and/or shifting priorities while producing professional quality and accurate deliverables
• Customer service oriented mindset
