Position: Medical Office Manager
Position Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative functions of the medical office to ensure smooth operations.
Manage and coordinate the daily activities of office staff, including receptionists, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
Develop and implement efficient workflows and protocols to streamline office procedures and maximize productivity.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including patient records, billing, and insurance claims.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
