Calling all tech whizzes and organizational ninjas!
Only Fades Downtown, Round Rock's premier barbershop, is seeking a superstar to join our team in a unique contract position (approx. 4 months) with the potential to become permanent. This role is all about keeping our systems running smoothly and our customers informed!
Responsibilities:
- Software Sensei: You'll be the mastermind behind implementing a brand new barbershop management system. Learn the software like a pro and become the resident expert, guiding your fellow barbers through its features.
- Tech Troubleshooter: Is the software throwing a curveball? Don't worry, you'll be the hero, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise.
- Promotional Champion: Craft eye-catching promotions and design engaging email campaigns to keep our customers informed and looking their best.
- Customer Care Champion: You'll be the master of our Google My Business page, managing our listing, responding to reviews (both positive and not-so-positive!), and ensuring our online presence is fresh and informative.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of technology and a willingness to learn new software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for getting things done!
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
Bonus Points:
- Experience with barbershop management software
- Marketing or graphic design experience
- Task Management experience
