Job Summary and Opportunity

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing expertise in strategic areas and building partnerships and relationships with senior leaders and fellow analysts across the Bank. You will own a series of strategic and technical routines and outputs within finance, treasury, and accounting spaces. You will possess expertise within a select number areas tied to corporate finance decisions, forecasting, modeling of financial statements, variance analysis and more. You will also have the ability coach/mentor and scope complex tasks and projects for less experienced analysts.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of analysis and initiatives tied to area of expertise to support the goals of the department, including scoping analysis and engaging key business partners with little or no supervision
• Gather, assess, and report data to establish metrics and on-going benefits tracking - Effectively and efficiently manage and report on agreed-to initiatives to completion
• Manage project workload, ensure high quality output, and that the broader project team is focused on solving the right problems with the right solutions
• Collaborate effectively with management and staff both within and outside accounting, finance, and treasury to ensure impact on both upstream, downstream, and across company activities, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Recommend operational improvements by analyzing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating system capabilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills to be able to produce and deliver presentations for senior leadership based on complex financial data and well documented and efficient processes
• Consult senior leadership on specific ad hoc projects, building on analytical competences and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects across departments from a technical, process, controls, and technology purpose

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 3 years' Banking Analytics, Corporate Finance, or Consulting
• Budgeting and forecasting models and software, such as Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services

A targeted annual base salary of USD $80,000/Yr to USD $110,000/Yr, based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is up to 20%.
