Chief Transformation Officer The Chief Transformation Officer is responsible for managing the How We Work transformation portfolio of initiatives, leading the Partnership Office and engaging with key stakeholders. Supports the CEO in the execution of value creation and growth optimization through the findings of How We Work campaign. Lead the roadmap for the organization that delivers sustainable profitability, market growth and competitive differentiation. Duties and responsibilities Partnership Office  Accountable for transformation workplan and ensure partnership team is well coordinated  Manage approvals  Support financial and headcount reconciliation process  Chair critical performance management discussions  Raise the aspiration of Workstream Sponsors, Workstream Leads & Initiative Owners  Support problem solving Clear roadblocks / resolve bottlenecks and escalate appropriately Strategy  Works closely with leaders across the organization to develop and oversee implementation of the strategic plan as well as designing new approaches to satisfy market needs.  Manage the strategic process and ensure communication clearly and consistently reinforces the business strategy internally, externally and to the board of directors.  Work with a sense of urgency to prioritizes and transform strategic ideas into credible and concrete initiatives that will drive success of the business.  Maintain an external point of view to understand the competitive landscape, emerging threats, opportunities and/or trends and potential impacts to key business plans.  Lead or closely partner on high priority, cross-functional strategic projects as needed, while ensuring alignment and accountability across the leadership team and greater organization.
