Position Summary

The Policy Services Associate will be a member of the New Business Operations team and will support the day-to-day functions related to the issuance of Private Placement Life Insurance and Private Placement Variable Annuity policies. This position will report to the Manager of New Business Operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the application and issuance of PPLI and PPVA policies.
• Provide high-quality customer service to our internal and external partners and clients.
• Accurately enter policy information into Lombard’s administration system.
• Perform quality control review throughout the policy application/issuance process.
• Coordinate with various internal departments in support of the application/issuance process.
• Coordinate the underwriting process by facilitating the flow of information between internal/external partners and the underwriting team
• Proactively track and report status of cases in the pipeline.
• Ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
