AWC Frac Technology is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with excellent computer skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic about our business, and possess excellent customer service skills and attitude. 
Essential Job Functions
  • Preparing quotations and either providing quote directly to customers (copying in relevant Account Manager) or forwarding to relevant Account Manager to provide to customer.
  • When PO is received, email PO out with matching quote to ”AWC PO” address.
  • Work closely with Operations to stay on top of backlog and communicate pro-actively if deliveries slip.
  • To be the Sales team representative for contract reviews, ensuring ISO compliance.
  • For new customers, assist with credit app and W-9 processing with Finance.
  • Help close new accounts by answering telephone, e-mail inquiries and face to face customer contact as needed.
  • Input and maintain orders in ERP.
  • Help develop accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
  • Maintain communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for completing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
Professional Experience
  • 1 years of related industry experience.
Skill Sets
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Must possess the entrepreneurial spirit; be self-motivated, and enthusiastic about our business.
  • Will be required to use independent discretion to interpret management policies while conducting daily business.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
  • Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be analytical and able to solve problems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to read, speak and write the English language to communicate with vendors, customers and employees.
