A leading tech company is seeking a Technical Program Manager. The successful candidate will oversee project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting.The ideal candidate has experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.The company offers a great work environment!

Technical Program Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $65/hr
  • Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Redmond, WA 98052 - Onsite or Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States, Candidates must work in Pacific Time)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and design teams to define project roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses.
  • Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized.
  • Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.

Technical Program Manager Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience.
  • 5 years of experience with program management.
  • 5 years of experience with Python and scientific language (familiar with).
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft suites.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP or PMI certification.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
  • People management and team building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization.
  • Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.
