Field Marketing Manager 358 (H)
A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Field Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will identify and generate awareness and demand by creating and using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics, strategizing with sales to move accounts through the sales pipeline, and accelerating the sales cycle for prospects and customers. The ideal candidate has prior experience working directly with sales leadership to build a pipeline. The company offers a great work environment.
Field Marketing Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $50-$60/hr
- Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588, Open to Remote, Must work PST hours)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k
- 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment, Possible extension
Field Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate awareness and demand by creating and using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics, strategizing with sales to move accounts through the sales pipeline, and accelerating the sales cycle for prospects and customers.
- Understand go-to-market (G2M) and sales priorities of the business, apply a “General Manager” mentality, and build a regional field marketing plan to deliver on those priorities through a mix of virtual and in-person marketing programs.
Field Marketing ManagerQualifications:
- Experience working directly with sales leadership to build pipeline.
- Strong Field Marketing background at a B2B company, startup experience a plus.
- Must have experience working with sales.
- Experience crafting, building and implementing a 6-month rolling Field Marking plan independently.
- Extensive experience working closely with multiple extended teams including sales, presales, alliances, and marketing.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience running a regional budget independently.
- Strong Salesforce and Tableau experience is desired.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Client-Service experience/mentality.
- Strong initiative and ability to multitask, with a "can-do" demeanor.
- Passion for solving challenges with a strong work ethic.
- Must have great communication skills.
