Integrated Marketing Program Manager 1200

A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking an Integrated Marketing Program Manager. The successful candidate will support the healthcare marketing and sales team in planning and owning the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including reputation, demand, engagement and enablement. The ideal candidate is analytical and results-driven with experience in B2B marketing, enterprise software and/or SaaS. The company offers a great work environment.

Integrated Marketing Program Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $100/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588 - Hybrid - Tuesday and Thursday onsite)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Integrated Marketing Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Produce integrated marketing campaigns from inception to optimization with a cross-functional marketing team including project management, web and online marketing, corporate communications, content marketing, social media, creative services, events, field and partner marketing, sales teams, and third-party vendors. The successful candidate will:
    • Develop the overarching strategy - including messaging, content, and stories to build campaigns and promote these in multiple channels.
    • Craft tailored programs for the key decision-makers and influencers in a buying decision.
    • Manage and monitor program spend to ensure the budget is on target.
    • Work with project managers to develop and monitor project plans and schedules.
    • Coordinate the various external/internal teams working on the campaign.
    • Work with corporate sales development on effective follow-up and sales plays.
    • Ensure programs are set up properly in various marketing tools including Salesforce.com, Marketo, Demandbase, Drift, Integrate, Tableau, Workfront, and SalesSPOT (Highspot).
    • Monitor campaign effectiveness, goal attainment, and providing recommendations for optimization.
    • Manage progress toward goals and adjust where needed to stay on target to meet company goals.

Integrated Marketing Program Manager Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of marketing experience in B2B software driving impactful demand generation programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Analytical and results-driven with experience in B2B marketing, enterprise software and/or SaaS.
  • Proven track record executing marketing programs on both a strategic and tactical level.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional groups and get results.
  • Ability to lead project-related budgets and monitor campaign performance and spend.
  • Ability to carefully analyze program results and performance trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Enterprise software/B2B marketing experience required.
