DAHLIN is currently accepting applications for our SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM in our PLEASANTON,  CA office! 
This is not a remote position . It is required to be onsite in the Pleasanton, CA office a minimum of 3 days per week and as needed for special projects/office/team/employee meetings.
About Our Internships:
We offer PAID short-term summer internships in a rewarding, creative atmosphere with our award-winning teams! Interns can expect to work on a variety of tasks similar to entry-level staff, and the tasks will vary depending on our current project needs. This is a great opportunity to make new connections and gain real-world experience!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry, organization, and maintenance of marketing software including:
  • Vantagepoint Client Relationship Management (CRM) System
  • OpenAsset Digital Asset Management (DAM) System
  • Synthesis Intranet Platform (The Square)
• Assist with updating the DAHLIN website and social media channels
• Assist in preparing marketing collateral, such as project sheets, resumes, and presentations
• Support marketing events and industry conference planning activities
• Support business development initiatives, including online market research
• Perform other administrative duties for the marketing team, as needed

About Your Qualifications:
Student Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• You have a growth mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Communication skills – written and verbal – are your forte.
• You enjoy working with creative people and are dedicated to supporting the team.
• People who know you well would describe you as detail-oriented, patient, collaborative, organized, reliable and flexible.
• You want a career in marketing and have a desire to learn more about the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
• Relevant coursework in business, marketing, communications, or related field in pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Good listening skills, willingness to learn from others, and strong follow-through 
• Currently eligible to work in the USA

Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is highly desired
• Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and analytics tools is a plus!

Salary range : 
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
