Our customer in Northern, IN is looking to add a driven Sr. Mechanical/Design Engineer to lead their design team. This person will be creating custom machinery for a wide variety of industries. They'll be hands on with design, quoting, and managing the entire design phase of the project. They'll have a chance to go out on the floor to witness and support the machine coming to life.
They have some great growth potential for the right person in this role so somebody who is passionate about mentoring others and has great communication skills will go far.
Qualifications:
-Proficient with SolidWorks
-Machine Design experience
