This position will require an analytically minded individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to collaborate with all departments to strategically improve internal efficiency as continue to grow. The individual’s analyses, recommendations, and ability to execute collaboratively will directly impact the development, growth, and effective utilization of resources across all departments with the business unit. This position will elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak effectively with customers and employees. Ability to proofread correspondence, detect and correct errors, read, and interpret city/county tax ordinances. Ability to prepare routine correspondence and replies for signature with minimal guidance. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Basic knowledge of accounting/finance principals helpful.
Ability to satisfactorily resolve routine situations based on supervisor’s guidance or written or verbal instructions. Must have advanced proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum 5 years in an office environment with heavy inbound/outbound phone experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, team player, advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines and perform well under pressure. High integrity and commitment to quality and adaptive to changing situations. Advance proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Salesforce and Constant Contact experience a plus.
