Service Advisor needed for independent repair facility in the Hartford, CT market. Very stable shop with many long-term employees as well as many repeat customers. This repair facility services all makes and models and does all types of repairs, including transmission work. This person will be responsible to work the front counter, write estimates, dispatch work to the techs, and communicate with customers throughout the repair process. Rare opportunity with low-turnover organization as the former long-term advisor left to take a position in their hometown as they had been commuting for many years. Must be honest, reliable, strong at multi-tasking, and a positive communicator. Experience on Mitchell ShopKey is a plus, but not mandatory for the role. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule and every other Saturday 8am-1pm. Hourly rate will commensurate with experience but will be in the $25-$30/hr range ( overtime).
