Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their vehicle maintenance needs and provide accurate estimates for repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicles
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess maintenance and repair needs
- Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service updates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
- Assist with automotive sales by recommending additional services or products
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends and advancements

Experience:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, tire service, and automotive diagnostics
- Familiarity with auto estimating and service management software is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of auto repair is a bonus
