As the Call Center Manager , you will support and lead a state-wide customer service and contact center which will assist with state-related health care programs.
Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care, Maryland Medicaid, eligibility and low-income populations.
Qualifications for this position includes :
- Must possess five to seven years' of Call Center Management required.
- Requires excellent interpersonal communication and strong organizational skills.
- Advanced PC and reporting skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel) required; knowledge of telephony systems (Five9) preferred.
- Public health or social service background preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field and / or equivalent training / experience required.
