A Telechat - Call Center position is available at our company. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Telechat - Call Center representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any customer concerns or issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints by identifying the best solution and ensuring resolution
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking package deliveries
• Maintain customer records and update customer account information as needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
