Position Overview:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, providing expert advice and guidance to customers regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Your primary responsibilities will include consulting with customers, scheduling service appointments, coordinating repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, listening attentively to their concerns and vehicle service requirements.
• Consult with customers to identify their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, providing accurate estimates and recommendations for services.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently, coordinating with technicians and other service department staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Educate customers on recommended maintenance schedules and service options to help them make informed decisions about their vehicle care.
• Uphold dealership standards for customer satisfaction, ensuring that each customer receives personalized attention and exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures, with the ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding service experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications used in dealership service departments.
• Valid Drivers License
• Pass a background check
