Job: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative has the following responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls.
• Maintain good communication with our various service departments and personnel.
• Reply to emails and texts quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a specified outbound call average.
• Responsible for maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
• Abide by all applicable state laws and motor vehicle agency guidelines.
• Keep records and reports up to date.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Frequently talking on the phone.
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, crouching, leaning, lifting, driving.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs.
