Auto Lenders Liquidation Center Inc is Hiring a General Sales Manager Near Exton, PA

AutoLenders is the largest pre-owned auto dealership in New Jersey with 7 locations, in addition to 2 locations in Pennsylvania. We offer a no-haggle, no-hassle business model where quality and customer service are key. While traditional dealerships rely on auctions and trade-ins for their inventory purchases, AutoLenders controls inventory sourcing in-house through our CAL and ALGO businesses to ensure quality and volume.

Job: General Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

The General Sales Manager has the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing day- to-day automotive retail sales and finance operations
  • Provide customers with an optimal car buying experience by providing a high level of customer experience and pre / post-sale customer service.
  • Maximize unit sales and back-end profit by effectively managing and motivating Sales Managers, Finance Managers and Sales / Leasing Consultants.

Requirements:

The General Sales Manager should have the following skills, education and experience:

  • Previous sales management experience in a retail automotive environment is a must.
  • Previous experience appraising used vehicles, desking and closing automotive transactions, is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with auto finance banks, understanding of transactional paperwork and walking customers through the paperwork delivery process, is a must.
  • Knowledge of dealership management software and vehicle appraisal software/tools is a must.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Some lifting (up to 30 lbs.). Long hours on the computer keyboard. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

CAL Automotive (CAL) was founded in 2016 by our management team that has been in the automotive leasing industry for over 30 years. CAL represents the next generation in the indirect automotive leasing business. CAL combines strategic and competitive lease programs with great customer service, making us the preferred leasing company for customers and dealers across the Tri-State area. CAL was formed in order to serve as a financing provider to a network of dealerships and customers, as well as capture a pipeline of hand-selected, off lease vehicles that provide the highest-quality pre-owned car inventory for AutoLenders locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
