AmerCareRoyal is Hiring a Sales Operations Manager Near Exton, PA

The Sales Operations Manager supports National Accounts (NA) sales leadership and the commercial team in executing sales and marketing strategies and achieve company financial objectives. This manager serves as the business partner to the NA Vice President and must be able to manage communication between multiple departments.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting and planning within the national accounts channel.
  • Proactively monitor customer sales and margin performance. Maintains high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process in the sales forecasting and planning efforts.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests from NA commercial team including special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Solution oriented individual who can problem solve and work closely with the NA Vice President on improving sales processes.
  • Engaging with supply chain leads, coordinators, and customer service to support the national account organization growth.
  • Measures, analyzes and report results and support informed, fact-based business decisions which drive improved performance.
  • Support and coordinate with onboarding of integrated businesses
  • Establish process for educating and communicating performance metrics to commercial sales reps.
  • Collaborate with NA Vice President on territory management & target setting process.
  • Build and communicate ACR National Accounts strategic planning, account management targets, and accurate measurement of team performance.
  • Key player in strategic approach to winning new business and retaining existing business.
  • Understand margin and sales implications from pricing and volume drivers. Understand key margin indicators.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related degree required; 7 years’ professional experience with at least 3 to 5 years in sales operations or sales analyst role.
  • Strong communication, problem solving/analytic, and project management competencies.
  • Business Partnering experience needed with strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple large datasets and combine and analyze data.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools a plus.
  • Experience with CRM reporting and opportunity management
  • Advanced MS Office, Power point, and Excel skills required.
  • Budgeting, forecasting experience required.
