Primary responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of individual business unit
• Lead a team of engineers on solutions that serve a large variety of industries (water, utilities, industrial, life sciences, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods)
• Ensure teams maintain a high-level project execution quality, process compliance, and customer satisfaction for all projects
• Mentor and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and career development
• Train, assign, schedule, coach, and discipline employees
• Collaborate with sales teams to help set and meet business unit goals
• Responsible for achievement of business unit revenue and profit goals
• Support sales with opportunity qualification and solutions, both technically and strategically

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience
• 5 years experience working in Industrial Automation
• Prior Operations Management experience
• Prior People Care/Management experience
• Ability to travel occasionally
