Job Purpose:

This role will partner with sales leadership and field sales reps to increase market share and sales dollars for the Augusta Sportswear & Founder Sport Group clothing line in Canada. Will be responsible for supporting the sales growth across all channels and leading the sales growth in the longtail and select key accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Identify high potential account growth opportunities through the current account base.
• Contact Longtail accounts daily through outbound and inbound activities to grow revenue
• Build and maintain Longtail accounts and new business relationships.
• Create and execute Longtail account plans to reach growth objectives with Account Managers
• Assist Account Mangers with daily pre-sales support to build funnel and maximize order conversion rates.
• Monitor customer behavior to identify potential attrition risks and proactively address any issues.
• Collaborate with customer care to ensure proper hand offs are occurring & service levels are being met.
• Collect and maintain marketplace information that may be useful for the project team.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and deadlines.
• Be a champion for the Augusta Sportswear Group, all divisions and brands, to promote partnership with our customers encompassing all styles and price points. 
• Gain in depth knowledge of the product line offering – existing offerings and how they compare to prior offerings and competitive brands.
• Develop and maintain expert understanding for all aspects of our B2B eCom platform to guide and train, dealers and sales reps on best self-serve practices.
• Work with Marketing & IT as needed to ensure any eCom new launches are functioning properly and issues resolved quickly.
• Support new product development by providing real time market feedback to the Merchandizing team. 
• Build close internal partnerships by actively engaging in both core and cross-functional projects as necessary.
• Provide active feedback on process improvement opportunities.

Skills/Qualifications/Education/Licenses & Certifications: 

• Proficient with Windows and MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferred)
• Sports or apparel background not required but preferred
• 3-5 years selling experience & sales leadership a plus

• Efficient and organized, with ability to appropriately respond and react to customer needs; “hunter” attitude a plus.
• Must be results oriented with a proven track record of achieving measurable goals and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organization skills and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, with a critical eye for quality and accuracy.

Physical Demands: 
• Ability to work in a fast paced, small team environment.
• Standard office environment; sitting, standing, moderate walking and daily use of computer and telephony equipment.
• Participating in attending trade shows and assist booth merchandising set up & tear down
